Count stock from various options in a drop down list

Hey There,

Got a question with a couple of excel formulas..

I have tried to attach a workbook however am not sure if it worked...

Essentially, cells A through to D will be entered by counter staff. There will be several lines of data in these cells.

On the right is trying to be a simple stock take of brochures, guides and the such, left over.

What I want to do is identify when 7 brochures are sent out, I want to automatically count how many of each of the 4 types of publications are left.

If anyone out there can help, that would be great!
