I am working with a 5 sheet workbook...
Sheets 1-4 have total cells located in; AI2,AI2,P2, & J2..
On the 5th sheet I have a grand total cell located in E2...
What formula would I use to combine all of these???
Thanks!!

Since the values are not in the same location on all sheets you just have to add them. Aee Attachment.

The final grade sheet in cell e2 is where the formula goes...
If each person is in the same row on each worksheet, then enter this on the Final Scores E2 and copy down the column:
='Discussion Score'!AI2+'Chapter Lesson Exam'!AI2+'MS Office Exam'!P2+'Module&Capstone'!J2
It worked!!!
Thank you so much!!
The danger for that is if you put the students in different rows, then it will combine different students' grades on your Final Scores tab.
You could try to fix that by either using a Vlookup function based on the User ID, or you could have each Tab copy the Last Name, First Name, and User ID from the first tab. For example, in A2 of "Chapter Lesson Exam", put the equation ='Discussion Score'!A2, and then drag it to A4, and then down as far as you have students. This will ensure that your students are in the same order as the first sheet.
