Multiple Values with more than one critera.

I am trying to create a formula that will give me details of which plans are offered within a specific group.

I've got 8 groups and 20 plan types that each have multiple selctions.

I also want to be able to enter the desired plan type (on example in E3). I've attached the basics of what I need on the attachment.

What exactly are you trying to output? Right now, it looks like Plan type 10 corresponds to multiple Ben Progrms and Descr. When you type in 10, are you trying to see every Ben Progrm and Descr that matches the 10?
