    Separate Info Within a Cell

I attached a sample workbook as an example. This is what I want to do:

Cell A1 contains: 10.0-16.8. Is there a formula that can break that into 2 individual cells? For example, I want one cell to have 10.0 and the one next to it to have 16.8.

If this isn't possible, then maybe there is another way. All I want to do is have each cell be an equation. I tried changing the first few cells by putting an = in front of the data, but when I tried dragging down through more cells it didn't replicate it correctly.
