    Need formula for Late Payments

    Hi, I really need help...
    I need a formula that will automatically add late fees as follows:

    On the 4th day of the month, a $75 late fee is added, and $10 additional every day up to $190.

    I really hope that someone can help with this. Can someone please help?
    Thank you, Laura

    Suggest you post a sample workbook that we can work with. This will ensure a better response.

    To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    okay, I cannot attach the spreadsheet without the company logo...so I will just try to explain

    cell=month
    cell=day
    cell=late fee (this is where I need the formula to add $75 on the 4th day and $10 for each day after up to $190

    I really hope that makes sense!

    It is difficult to understand what you have. Perhaps you can dummy up a spreadsheet with just a few rows of data so that we can understand which cells are affected. There is not enough information in your thread to respond accurately. Are payments tracked or is this not part of the scenario? and only non payments affected.
