If less than show # and highlight

I am using a formula to show deficiency in counts. i columns is require, the other provided. so if we provide less than required I want to table to not only show the negative value but also highlight the cell. i made the formula =IF(K7-W7>0,W7-K7, "0") to get it to show the deficiency but i have no idea how to get the cell to highlight. If you can help I’d appreciate it. For instance if k7 =6 and w7 = 4 then I am 2 short and it shows -2. but i want it to also golow yellow!

Apply Conditional formatting to the cells.
Select all the cells where your data to be highlighted, click on Home-->Styles group>Conditional Formatting>Highlight Cell Rules>Less Than>0>OK
