Seeing if a string exists in range of cells

I need to write a formula which checks to see if there is a match for a given string out of a list of about 30 or so possible strings. I have these 30 possibilities already being used in a Vlook up table for another purpose.

Rather than writing out a long OR statement, is there a way to just look at the range of cells and see if there's a match?

I want to see if the string that's in B1 exists anywhere within that range.
