I have two seperate excel sheets, Sheet 1 is pulling information from Sheet 2 with a numerical identifier. I update Sheet 2 each day with the days updated customer information, so that Sheet 1 can be up to date for the company.
The problem I am having is this...
The formulas are perfect and run fine when both sheets are housed in my personal drive. I have Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 housed in a shared folder in a company shared drive. When an employee opens Sheet 1 and inputs a numerical identifier for a customer, the vlookup doesnt pull unless they open Sheet 2 with it.
When I have Sheet 2 housed in the shared folder, and I open Sheet 1 from my personal drive it works fine, but when both are housed in the shared folder it doesnt work. As soon as I access Sheet 2, then it will work and I can close out of Sheet 2...but as soon as I close out of Sheet 1 and open it up again, it no longer links.
I hope this all makes sense
