Need HELP on Index Match Function

    Hi All,

I got stuck in index and match function, I'm preparing automated attendance sheet for my reference.

Attached it the sample copy of it, In 1st sheet "Att" i have all the employee's name and e code along with monthly details.
In sheet2 "Absent" i just have to mark who is absent there respective ecode name and date they were absent.
And in 1st sheet it formulated, if the name and date is present in "Absent" sheet automatically it should represent "0" or else "1".
here I'm using index n match for this, But my concern is that if the same employee is absent for several days its only giving the result for last date.

    Do the needful.
    Thanks a ton in Advance

    Regards,
    Prasanna R.D Attendance.xlsx

the trick is to keep using the match() function but looking for the e-code&date

See the modified version highlighted in yellow. It also requires a joint-field column (F) in the abscent tab
