Offset formula

I want to have in A1395 the data for ' Cyril ' and when I choose for ' Ronald' with the combobox I want the data for him in A1395 with his data in this row (and going down all to 31/12/2013 for just this employee, chose in the combobox, beginning from the top A1395.). Point is, I have 3 employees, so how do I use Offset? I made a start in A1395, Total rows is 365 per employee so I'd guess 365 + 365 = 730, just no idea how to put this in a formula. Thanks a lot!
