Hi
In Excel i have given link of another cell . Now when it prints in that cell it should print/copy only the first 4 characters .

Like for Eg:

CPIL085674

Now in the cell where i give the ref or link, it chould show only CPIL.

IS it possible. Pls help

When linking to the cell enter, =LEFT(Cell reference,4)
