Question I need a formula to recognise when 4 records are present but only when all 4 are

I have a spread sheet that contains 7200 rows.

On these rows there is training data for staff.

It reports on 4 courses, if a staff member has completed 1 of the courses there is a row with the course and the date they did it on, if they have done none there is one row with not completed on it.

What i want is to pull out where someone has done all 4 of the course but only when they have done them all.

The Columns I have that i think you need to do the formula are are (A) Employee number (this is unique too each staff member) (Q) Course code (the code of the course they have done)

Basically i need something that says when Staff member A has done courses 1,2,3 and 4 all is done?

Is there any way to do this?

I'm using Excel 2010, i have tried to upload an example of the file but the uploads don't seem to be working.
