Possible to link Table length to Pivot table length?

I have a pivot table.
I have a table full of formulas that process data from the Pivot table, 3 columns to the right of the Pivot table.
These formulas are multi-conditional, so not able to be incorporated into the Pivot table directly (correct me if I'm wrong).

I would like to be able to have the length of the Table match the length of the Pivot table at all times, propagating the formulas as necessary.

Is this even possible?
