using dates with a MAX

Hi,

On sheet 3 of the atatched I am using the following in O10 to get a maximum figure.

=MAX(IF($C$9:$C$12=L10,$G$9:$G$12))

i want to incorporate H9:H12 as well, so for example if a Tool runs into the following day it takes that into account when return the maximum staff.

Is there an easy way of slippingh the H9:H12 into this formula?
