Base calculations only on the latest data

I have learned a TON from the people on this forum! It seems like everything I hit a wall, I find the answer here without ever asking. Until today. I have a spreadsheet that I made to track people's weekly stats in a league that we run. However, we only want to use the stats from the latest two weeks for each person. However, at the end of the season, I need to figure out the final stats based on all the data, so I need to save each week's stuff.

In the example there are three players. Each has three or more weeks stats. The latest stats are furthest to the right, so the position changes as we add more. Column V computes the average of the data is Column Y through AAM. Is there a way to tell Excel to only use the last two columns in each row?

    Thanks for your help!!

I think this solved it! It appears to match the results if I do it manually. I will play with it a bit, but I am overjoyed!!
    Thank you so very much.

]Looks like I found a problem. I'm not sure if I need to start a new thread or if I can put this here...

The above formula does not appear to round the way I expected it to. I have a row where the average is 290.5 (should round up to 291). 291 is the first number to be rated a '4'. However, with this formula in place this person is ranked as a '3'. Any thoughts?
