Make a Cell show the status of a contract - Active - Follow Up - Closed

I need to make a cell read date data and come back and populate the cell with one of three options. Given the Start Date, End of Active Servcie Date and End Date of contracts, I would like the spreadsheet wo tell me wether a contract is Actve (start date up to active service end date), Follow Up (active service end date to end date) and Closed (after end date). I would like to be able to use Text with ACTIVE, FOLLOW UP AND CLOSED and the Green, Yellow & Red Icons as well.Excel Mabel Example.xlsx
