Use of data in cell as a name of file or sheet in the formula

Dear fellows,

Can I use data in cell as a reference for name in formula to lookup in the sheet that has same name as I type in cell?

I tried your solution but it doesn't work if I only indirect the "34633" and add $D4 in formula.
I want to change just one cell "B1" and make formula in every column "C1, D1, E1, F1"run.
Do you have further suggestion?

for example, I have 10 sheet that has the same format. What I want is to pull the information that is in the same place in every sheet into one sheet. That means if I use a formula to get the data from each sheet, the only thing i need to change is reference.
I am asking for a way to change the reference in formula by using data in cell as a key. That means if i change this one cell the whole formula will change "reference" according to this cell.

Thanks for the brief but I am aware of the quoted text, I am just requesting few examples of cell input entries with cell reference and the way you would like to rotate the formula for better understanding.
