Change font color of specific text as a result of an if statement

I have a spreadsheet that on one sheet is rolls up data from another by using an if statement. It combines text from 3 different cells depending on the total in another cell. What I need for it to do, is. When it pulls the data if is adds that specific text from a particular cell (A48)I would like for that text to be red. I have the text in the specific cell (A48)Draft Database EOC.xlsxred, but it doesn't show up on the roll up sheet as red. Is there something else that I can do to make that particular text red? TIA!

If you have text in a cell that is a constant, portions of the text can have different fonts.
If you have text that is displayed by a formula, portion of the text cannot be formatted separately.

Not even if the cell in the original document already has the font as red?
