remove random rows

Hello,

I am using a conditional format to highlight cells that match another spreadsheet. What I'd like to do is run a macro or formula to delete all the rows where cells haven't been highlighted.

Previously I have run a macro that removes rows with certain texts in, but in this case the unhighlighted cells may be random

I've attached the spreadsheet.

Any help will be greatfully received.
