i have, in cell A1 a value of 50, in B1 i want colorin ghte cell of RED color if the value in A1 is 50, something like this:
(in B1) = IF(A1=50, colorB1Cell_of_red)
any advices how to do it?

You would want to use conditional formatting. You didn't update your profile so I don't know what version of Excel you're using and can't tell you how to access conditional formatting.
The end result would be (in this simplist example)
Select B1 go to conditional formatting> use formula
=$A1=50 format as red

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

i want coloring a cell witha formula (not formating depnding of a value, it need be manually)..... is possible coloring the cell automatically?

You can do this with conditional formatting.
Here are the steps if you're using Excel 2007...
Select cell B1
Goto the Home tab>Styles>Conditional Formatting>Manage rules>New rule>Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Enter this formula in the box below:
=A1=50
Click the Format button
Select the desired style(s)
OK out
