Please help with index and match

I have these tables with weight in lbs, zip codes and rates for two shipping companies. I'm trying to either using vlookup, match and index so that when I input any zipcode from 00000 to 99999 and weight from 0 to 30K+ it's gonna spit out the rate. Please help, I am so dumb at excel. Pleasee..

wow, i really don't know how to thank you for this. I don't mean to bother you, but if we also want to get the total shipping cost for both Pohlen and Bestway. How should it be inserted into the formulas?

in cell T11, is that what you mean?

oh like, instead of showing the rates in cell R11 and S11. How do I get it to show total shipping cost. For example, we want to ship 500lbs to zip code 69999, rate would be 37.20, total shipping cost = 500*37.20(per lbs)= 18,600. Is there a way to skip to the final total cost? thanks
