Summing and Ranking

I have a dataset (sample attached), which is a long list of invoices over many months for multiple clients. I need to be able to rank a specific client, for a specified date range, both in terms of all clients, but also just witihin each region.

I can do this manually each time, by creating a list of unique customers (from the region I am interested in) and summing the data based upon the date range required, but that is not practical as I need to be able to pick a single client and identify their rank without having to rebuild a rank table.
