Shift calculation based on time

Hi,

My requirement is I want to find out the shift based on the time in the cloumn A

06:01 to 14:00 - 1S
14:01 to 22:00 - 2S
22:01 to 06:00 - 3S

I have attached the excel. Please help me with the formulae
