I have created a lot of user functions. When I want to use them in a new excel book I need to copy them in the new book. Is there any method to use these functions in an excel from a another one where I have all the functions ( we call it the master excel) , without copy/paste , just a direct reference?
Create a Personal.xlsb file to store all your UDF and Macros in. Look at this link for setting it up.
