    IF if greater not working!

Hello, I'm recreating a document that has had a corruption and I'm struggling to get an IF formula to calculate properly.

The formula is =IF(--W2>=$Z$6,2,1) on the pagem 'Formula' in X2. Previously this has produced the information that I need correctly but now I can't see why it's failing to work.

    Can anyone help?

Or... change the formula in V2 to =MOD(U2,1) and copy down and leave the rest as it is.
