AS IF function

In F5 there is an AS IF formula, works fine. Now I want that the Starting hour in D5 is ALWAYS 07:00. So no Overwork calculated when its 06.45 or earlier. Now it says 10:15 hour worked, it should be 10 hours as I want it to start at 07:00. How do I put that in the formula? Thanks!
