Need multiple lookups within data ranges to pull in price results

Need some help. I have 2 data fields that are the entry fields that will be populated. I need to take these 2 data fields and look them up on the other sheet. I need some logic that will take "Automatic Slicer" and age 2 from the first sheet and look at the second sheet to see what "Automatic Slicer" is there and age 2 falls between age 0 and 5 so assign the list_price for that line. As the age increases then the other ranges should apply and be selected and then priced at that list_price. For example is the same "Automatic Slicer" was age 8 it would fall between the range 6 to 99 so this list_price would be chosen. This needs to work as the equipment changes and the age changes. Please help. Thanks!

Sorry. "Automatic Slicer" was not on first page as an example. Use "bread slicer" or any of the others in the example so you can see what I need help with. Thanks again!
