    i guess this is more of a math question than excel, but subtracting -100 from 100 will give you 200 (not zero)... are you looking to ADD those two columns?

    If so, assuming you are using Columns A and B for the addends, place this formula in column c:

    =A1+B1 (put this formula in C1 and then copy the formula down)
