Hi there, I’m having some trouble creating a VLOOKUP (at least that's how I’ve been trying to do it) to deduct a tax percent from an employee.
The breakdown of what I need is as follows:
A percentage deducted from Gross pay depending on an employee’s individual parameter. I need a formula that will search through the list of employees, find out how much of a percentage should be deducted and then display the monetary value.
Attached is the file I am using (Much of the information had to be nulled), any solutions would be greatly appreciated!
