Data validation three way

I have a spread sheet that has 2 drop down boxes in and I want to create a third one that Is the result of the first two.

E4 has the options
Voice
Data
Reshot
Simo

I4 has the options of
1
3
12
18
24

And for example each each result would be bank1, bank2 ie
voice and 1 = bank 1
Voice and 3 = bank 2
Voice and 12 = bank 3
Voice and 18 = bank 4
Voice and 24= bank 5
Data and 1 = bank 6

Etc

thanks. please find attached the rough booklet.

note on sheet 2 the green2 main green cells have the data validation in (e4 and i4)with the cell im wanting to have the new info in in the red highletd cell. and all the information is on sheet 1 highlighted in blue with each headed with the results of the first 2 data validation.
