Low stock and/or High Stock Formula required

So basically I have two worksheets, the 'Order History' worksheet and the 'Stock' worksheet. I need a functioning formula that is able to workout whether the Stock Level is high or low by halfing the orginal stock by the current stock. This is the formula that i am currently using but it does not seem to work -

Is it possible to do two IF Functions if it less than less than 50 then it is low in stock, it more than 50 then it is high in stock?
