Hello,
I need some help. I have two columns of overdue tasks divided in ranges by how far they are overdue and I have a table of actions (which I could make a column). I need a formula that will look at both columns and return the actions but if one user has tasks in both columns, the second column is superior to the first. Please help I have tried everything I can think of.
A sample sheet with some mock up data would help a lot.

Unfortunately, now that I'm actually trying to make my spreadsheet work I had a false positive! What led me astray is the numbers I gave you in the sample are the same as in the actions. They aren't in really some of those days are up to 100 and the actions only go to five. I'm still trying to make it work with Jacc's formula.
It was rather limited sample data, yes. If you supply a workbook with more data and point where it goes wrong I can figure it out.
Here is a better sample with what it's doing and what I would like it to do. The actual # of days do not matter ( unless it's zero, it should be zero) just which column it's coming from. I really appreciate your help.

Ok more like this then? You only have two columns but 5 rows in your list of actions? I didn't know what to make of it so I made two sheets.
