Can someone please help me with this?
I have attached a sample, i need a formula to count the hours worked in a day by my team. Some people may work 4 shifts a day meaning the formula will have to count all the hours worked over the 4 shitfs. Working day is between 6am - 1am

Anyone help on this? i have tried theetc, but that is not working correctly as i am getting things like this -2.70, Am i missing something?

Hi thought i had solved it, i was using time as 7.30 instead of 7:30 but i am getting an error when i put times of 19:00 - 01:00 any ideas? I formated all cells with hh:mm is that right?

It's because the date is different after 24:00.
So your Team maybe work from 6 in the morning until 01:00 in the morning of next day?

In this case try =SUM(MOD(D2-B2+1,1)+MOD(H2-F2+1,1))
