Help with Formula to Classify Shipments based on differnt materials on an order

I have about 482839 lines of Shipment Data. Basically I need help with an excel formula that will be able to classify Shipments eg XXXX89, LHTUO8, WWWP1 etc in one column, based on different materials (eg ak,sy,wl etc) on an order in a seperate column. For instance if a Shipment XXXX89 matches materials ak,sy and wl in different cells in a column) it should be classified as complete, however if this same shipment only matches materials ak and sy, then its incomplete.

Thank you for your prompt responce to my question. Basically the formula results should only display Shipment # that match a number of Part Numbers to be considered as Complete. In my example Shipment # HYM0 matches Part Number 23/TY, 102/JK amd OLKJU/0 thus the formula results should display that Shipment Number.

It is possible in the data for a Shipment # to have or match only 2 of the 3 Part Numbers and this should not be diplayed since it is consideredas an Incomplete Shipment.

Basically, there are 3 assessment test that potential employees need to take and pass to the next level. The test score parameters are as follows:

Any score >= 90% is a grade 3. Any score >= 80% is a grade 2 and lastly any score < 80% is a grade 1.

I want my formula to say as an example : If an individaul gets 90% in one assessment, 100% in the second assessment and 91% in the last assessment then my formula results should be 3. Because in all three assessmet the lowest percental is above 90%

However, if they score 90% in one assessment, 100% in the second assessment but 79% in the third assessment my formula results should be 1. Because in one of the assessment they score below 80%. So the formula should always reference the lowest percental.

Another eg. If they had 100% in first assessment and 90% in second assessment but 89% in the last assessment, formula results should be 2. Because in one assessment they scored below 90%(lowest percental) but the other 2 assessment were above or equal to 90%.
