If value found in column, then adjacent cell in value's row...

    Help!
I'm trying to keep a record of family trips and dates when we visited.
If value (CITY) is found in column, then cell information in that value's row (DATE) would repeat in the (VISIT ONE) cell.
Then, as multiple visits are made to the same cities, I'd like to those values to repeat in the (VISIT TWO, VISIT THREE, etc.) cell.

IF? VLOOKUP? Am I barking up the wrong tree?

    Thanks in advance!
