    Vlookup formula Help

    Hi Guys,

I have a small issue with a vlookup formula, my problem is i'm not sure if this is the correct function. I have a list from 1 to 5 over 4 columns with an average formula in the 5th.
I then have 9 rows with certain tasks with the above number raking system. at the bottom of the table it has an average score totaling the score of all 9 rows as an average score.

What would like is to know what would the formula be to have a word such as "Satisfactory" appear next to the average score. E.g. a score of 3 would give me the result of "Satisfactory" as would the score of 3.69
So what my brain is telling me is I need a vlookup with a range from 3 to 3.99. for a word, and if i had a score of 1 or 1.23 i word get the result "Excellent"
I hope this makes sense, if not have a look at my spread sheet attached.

    Thanks
    Geoff
