formula to link a calender

Hi, I am a student doing a spreadsheet project where i created a bed and breakfast quotation/invoice and i need to apply a rack rate on certain days of the year and link it to a calender the rack rate depends on the size of the room also having trouble with the vlook up for rthe room rates. Ive attached the spreadsheet.
