Question Need to add value of 1 to consecutive cells entire column BUT copy too

Sorry...it's hard to explain in the title. I appreciate any help here, thank you.

Here's what I am trying to do...I know how to add value of 1 to a cell and copy it down the column, but how do I add it to entire section of cells? Each number needs to be listed 10 times. Am I making sense? I have to do this down the column to 500+. Thanks again.

    In A1 input 1

    In A2
    =IF(COUNTIF(A1:$A$1,A1)>9,A1+1,A1)

    Copy down

Change highlighted value as paer requirement
