I have the attached spreadsheet, but now I was asked by my manager that instead of using “O” to track overtime, she wants me to put in the exact hours that people work each day and in the overtime area have that track any hours over 8 daily. Can someone help me with this?? I have tried a couple different methods but it is not working for me. I need to keep everything the same on this spreadsheet but the “O” does that make sense??
