Question Need assistance with multiple rankings in a single spreadsheet based on multiple factors

I'm using Office 2007 for now, but also use Excel 2010 sometimes.

For the past few years, I've been putting a spreadsheet together to track competition scores for 600+ groups. The scores are initially ranked on Region (all groups listed with region identifier in Column B) and their score Grand Total (GTs are listed in Column AD). I have Column AH which is the Overall ranking of ALL region scores. Those two ranking columns (AE RegPlace and AH Overall) appear to be working okay, however, I need to have a "tiebreaker" on each of these columns that uses the group score in Column O SoST, which is our most important category. That is probably the easier request I have for this spreadsheet, but my brain is just fried... so I could use some help.

Now for the trickier issues. Within each region (identified in Column B), there are 3 different Division categories based on Qty (Column J) of members of the group and shown in Column K Div. Div A is 15-30 members, Div AA is 31-60 members and Div 0 is more than 60 members (it's not actually a division but was getting errors if I left it uncategorized). In Column AF RegAA and Column AG RegA, I need to be able to look at that specific Reg (Col B) and the Div (Col J or K), and RANK the groups based on GT (Col AD) that qualify for that Div within that Reg. making sure to have tiebreakers, as above, based on SoSt Col O. If a chorus does not qualify for the DIV AA or A for their region, it just needs to indicate a 0 or something showing it does not qualify to be ranked in that column.

Finally, in Col AI OverAA, I would like for this to be the overall ranking of ALL Div AA (Col J or K) groups based on GT (Col AD) with tiebreakers based on SoST (Col O). And Col AJ OverA, needs to be the same situation only the overall ranking for ALL Div A (Col J or K) groups based on GT (Col AD) with tiebreakers based on SoST (Col O). Again, if a chorus does not qualify for the column specified Div of AA or A, it just needs to indicate a 0 or something showing it does not qualify to be ranked.

I hope that makes sense. It's taken a bit of brain power to figure out exactly what I want to do, but I know that with this set up this way, I LOT of people will be THRILLED with the ability to find where they rank on an International level! Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!
