    Conditional Highlight Help

I know I have done this before with a formula:

I have a set of dates, these are for employee reviews. I have an adjacent Column where I will manually put in "Yes" when I have received the review back. I would like the adjacent column with the date to either "unhighlight" or highlight in green when the value "Yes" is input.

    Re: Conditional Highlight Help

    Hi shancolleen

Assuming your dates are in column A and adjacent column is B! Select the dates in column A, say A1:A100, Conditional Formatting > New Rule. The rule =$B1="Yes" Format as required.
