Having trouble with Sum IF

=SUM(IF($I$9:$I$215=10,$J$9:$J$215))
I have the formula in cell D218
Have the formula above, what I am trying to do is to sum the hours
in column J9:J215, If columns I9:I215 =10.
I want it to put the total no. of hours in D218 and the statement "Casting Hours" in D219.
