If Formula containing text and numbers (SUM)

Hi All

I am trying to sort a formula in a time sheet.

I have got two formula's but can not nest them for some reason.

=IF(P33="AL","07:30") - This however isn't returning 07:30 as number format.

-IF(P33=""","",SUM(P35-N35)-""00:30")

Day Date In Out Worked
Saturday 13/04/13 07:00 15:00 7:30
Sunday 14/04/13 AL AL 7:30

It will be better for all, if you upload a sample workbook, typing manually the expected results and explaing why you expect these.

Hopefully a sample is attached.

I am trying to create a time sheet. working out clocking times is fine its just when I try and distingush A/L and make it SUM so the week total relfects both work time and leave.

I feel a little silly as I tried what I thought was everything similar to this but I couldn't get it spot on.
