what formula to use to find data from range of cells and place into another with criteria

I need to find data based upon criteria and return actual text from those cells and placed into another location.

H8 of this worksheet shows that I was able to get close to the results I'm looking for, but in cell G8, I need for it to retrieve the cell context from column A, for which the formula found the context in cell H8. The criteria is anything in column A higher than 72.

I'm lost at how to come up with this complete formula. Help is very much needed and appreciated.
