I know i'm not dividing by zero

i have a simple row of numbers and i'm trying to average. i keep getting the dreaded #DIV/0!. there are no blanks. i'm importing the numbers from another sheet and they are formatted general. i've tried every other format known to man but it still doesn't work.

    The equation is simple =AVERAGE(A2:A15).

    Any ideas?

all those have char(160) after them use find replace
in find put alt+0160 (you must use the numeric key pad to type 0160)
    replace with nothing
    reenter the formula
    or in col b put
=--SUBSTITUTE(A2,CHAR(160),"") fill down copy paste over original clear col b
also calculation on your workbook seems to be set to manual
