Selection of udf based on criteria

Hi Group,

I searched a lot but could not find solution to select udf based on criterion.
I had attached spreadsheet for reference pl help me for selecting udf


if i select x1, y1, z1, userdefined function "x1y1z1" should be called ( i tried to use indirect) and fuction argument should be pop up.
