    Combine two columns into one/Vlookup

    Sample Excel.xlsx

I am trying to combine the items in columns V and AF (or U and AE) into column AJ without any blanks.

I am also unsure how i would do a vlookup to get the amount if there are duplicate numbers in the credits and invoices.

    Any ideas?

I don't completely get what you want.

If you want to sumup all transactions by ref# use =sumifs()

I want to make one list of the Reference numbers in Columns V and AF in Column AJ.

Then I want to move over the the Amount related to that Reference Number into column AL. I was kinda unsure since there will be duplicates between the CM and Invoice numbers
