    Hi -

I can try. Can you tell me what is unique about UK postcodes so we can tell Excel how to tell which are UK and which aren't? Also, when you say you want to pull off rows that don't contain UK postcodes or are blank, do you mean you want to delete those rows?

    Hi,

thanks, they mostly have either 1 or 2 letters, followed by 2 or 3 numbers followed by 2 letters.

    i.e. W2 5SU or WD2 9JU or HA35 9DJ - some may also follow this formula - W1K 9GT

Let me know if you need any further info.
