Basically, i am trying to get correlation information automatically populated in the sheet"main page". also, i need it to be an automated system in "database" please assist.

On the 'Main Page' what should the output be in C2? What should it look at to get the value required?

On the 'Database' when you select an item from the drop down list (B6) you want to automatically fill the two cells as shown, where are these two cells exactly and what should they be filled with?
