I need help with a function, how to sum a row on a condition.

Rookie needs help :P

I am trying to create a rota for work I need a function that will find the difference between the two times in the range B4 to O4 and add to the Total R4. The function also has to look at the D/O to see if they have worked, if they have add this to the total to.

I also need a rule I think if they work 6 hours it need to minus 30 minutes unpaid break, 8 hours = 1 hours unpaid 4 hours = 15m unpaid and 9 hours = 1.5 hours unpaid

Any help would be much appreciated
